![]() ![]() The Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro is an expensive investment, with a price tag of over $200, it might be hard for some people to justify spending that much on a gaming keyboard. Is the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro Worth Spending Over $200 On? It's still a magnetically detachable wrist rest, but, it feels much lower than the old wrist rest, which offers a much more comfortable posture while typing or playing games. If you're upgrading from the Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro, one thing you will notice is the wrist rest feels much better on the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro. But, at this price, I would have expected a gaming keyboard of this quality to have come with PBT keycaps, and not need to purchase them separately. The good news is, you can purchase the Razer PBT keycap upgrade set and replace your ABS keycaps with higher-quality PBT ones if it bothers you. The only downside to the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro's design is the ABS plastic keys, which aren't as durable as PBT keycaps. The media keys and volume dial have been upgraded from ABS to aluminum, which not only makes them more durable, but they look better too. The keyboard's chassis is made of plastic, while the top plate is made from aluminum. How to I save it to it's onboard memory? I did set a static color configuration but as soon as I uninstalled it the keyboard went back to it's default color configuration which is the spectrum lighting lolįrom what I've read it saves keybinds and macros to the internal memory, I don't think the RGB stuff is in the onboard profiles. The physical build quality of the Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro is similar to what you would expect to see from a high-end gaming keyboard. But if your keyboard is a newly released one then you should be able to just set up your settings how you like and make sure you save it to onboard and uninstall software and you'll be gucci. Don't use the stupid razer cortex or choma studio ♥♥♥♥. ![]() Uncheck every box except for the synapse software.which should have a box checked that you can't uncheck actually. Just don't download the whole synapse suite of software that it tries to get you to install during the installation process. Seems to help with the background processes. I just always set it to not auto start when I boot my system and when I close it out i set it to actually exit the software and not just minimize to the task bar. Compared to many other softwares it runs really well and seems easy to use to me. But in my opinion I've never really had any problems with synapse. That all depends on whether your keyboard has onboard memory. So you can just install the software, set everything how you like and then uninstall it. IDK about that keyboard but the new viper mice and the new v2 lines of deathadders and basilisk have it as well. Цитата допису schoolish:Recently, Razer has finally listened to all the hate regarding their software and they are making big strides to make new products not require keeping the software installed.wait, I said big strides didn't I? No, actually they are just YEARS behind everyone else and finally put onboard memory on their new mice. ![]() Recently, Razer has finally listened to all the hate regarding their software and they are making big strides to make new products not require keeping the software installed.wait, I said big strides didn't I?
